The photographs include residential, commercial and industrial fire scenes, all of which have occurred in Houston - the Nation’s fourth largest city.

The photographer, Brandon Jacob lives in Houston, Texas and is a firefighter and fire photographer with the Houston Volunteer Fire Department. Brandon Jacob has been a member of the Houston Volunteer Fire Department since 1995 and has been active in firefighting for 20 years.

Brandon Jacob’s photographs have appeared in several national firefighting publications including: Firehouse, 9-1-1, National Fire and Rescue and Fire Chief magazines as well as Local 341’s monthly newspaper, the Houston Firefighter. Additionally, his photographs have been used in industry advertisements as well as numerous training programs including the Houston Firefighters Safety and Survival Symposium.
